I don't have an elegant way of checking the segment maps. This is what I did. First I clicked on each chapter when playing the Blu-ray disc and also when streaming 422 through PLEX. Every chapter start matched, except chapter 6. Then I started watching chapter 5 on both devices. They start out the same, but near the end of chapter 5, the 422 segment map deviates from the Blu-ray disc. I was only looking at the video without any sound. I don't know if the dialog of the different scenes made any sense at that point in the movie.

I've come to the following conclusions:
1. There are more than one US retail versions and the segment numbers are different for the same scenes.
2. The latest version of MakeMKV identifies 00422.mpls as the correct segment map. This is definitely different (wrong) for my Blu-ray disc.
3. The correct map for my disc is 00308.mpls. At least I haven't found any discrepancies so far, and the end of chapter 5 now matches the Blu-ray disc.

Well shoot, you're absolutely right. "FPL_MainFeature" is NOT correct.

I thought that the comments came from Java identification that was on the disc itself, meaning that they were supposed to be correct?

So it seems there ARE multiple versions, as per RedFox’s forums (which unhelpfully don’t post any playlist info).

Did 308 work out, and did you get AV sync errors on it? I see a lot of dropped frames happening in order to correct drifting sync, which is worrisome as well.

Edit: I have submitted the requested files for this disc per the Fake Playlist thread.
