The Predator playlist

Post by derpheadjones »

I see two playlists (redbox disc) both are 26.3 GB

One is 00800.mpls with 686, 687, 688, 689, 690

the other is 00801.mpls with 686, 684, 688, 685, 690

which is correct?

Did you ever figure this out? I just took both files. Not sure what the difference is yet.

The difference will be found in the opening titles and the closing credits; 00800 is English, 00801 is either Spanish or French.

20th Century Fox seems to follow the same scheme as Disney on this. Both will have all audio/subtitle options, just different titles/credits.

So I figured it out. I was watching side by side. 00800.mpls is the file you want. The difference is it has the subtitles for the predator alien translation on screen. The other file is blank and you will not know what the predators are saying.

00800.mpls is the file you want.
It has onscreen subtitles for the alien language. Other file it is left out and will not know what the alien predator is saying.
