Big bang theory season 1 glitches

Hello I am trying to rip my copy of the big bang theory season 1 but i keep getting these what I would call glitches in the transition scenes and in the opening, I thought it mite because my disc was dirty or scratched but I went on amazon and purchased another copy and the same thing happens in the same spots. what can be done to fix this i really want to add this to my plex server, please help me!
