I just got my first Blu-ray Disc, but MakeMKV can’t open the Blu-ray Disc and it says there is no disc inside the drive, dvd and XD is fine.

Are you SURE you have a Bluray drive? What does MakeMKV show for the drive information when you start it, in the right hand window?

Blu-ray drive can’t detect my Blu-ray Disc
