Remove voice over

How do I remove the voice over from a Blu-ray I'm converting?
If you know that the track is called the Descriptive Audio Track, you can find how to select the correct audio track.
If you know in advance which track(s) DO want, Changing names with Expert mode enabled explains how to de-select them before ripping. Otherwise, the tools mentioned in the first topic can be used.
