I used this version (299.mpls) with a Netflix disc and the scenes jump out of order at the 27 min mark.

299 worked for me as well. Maybe you riped the wrong mpls.

The t### can vary depending on your MakeMKV settings (such as skipping titles of certain lengths), so you should refer to the mpls playlist number that others have been referencing, which you’ll see in the right pane of MakeMKV when you select any title in the title list.
