I am having problems converting both Scott Pilgrim VS the World and The Fifth Element blu-rays. I am only trying to convert the main title of each, and am getting the following error:

The offset continues to increase until the conversion eventually fails. These are the only 2 discs I have had a problem with out of 30 conversions. I'm using MakeMkv 1.6.3 on a Mac. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get around this error?

It's likely a physically damaged disc. To veryfy, please make a full disc backup per http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/4 and see if any hashcheck errors show up.
