error message question

Post by craig »

I have used makemkv to burn blu-rays with no problem for a month. I purchased a registration code and the first 2 movies I tried I got errors, could be coincidence. Does anyone know what this problem is? Thanks.

Most likely it's a damaged disc. To confirm try copying the file in question in finder and see if it fails.
