Any ideas? XP 64 BIT no other issues with this box...just this app does not work

1) What software and procedures did you use to create the .ISO image file from your original, commercial Blu-ray disc?
2) Have you successfully played the .ISO image file on your PC (using, for example, VLC to play - It does NOT require mounting the .ISO image file to play it).
3) Load your original, commercial Blu-ray disc as your source, DIRECTLY into MakeMKV and make your .MKV (Have NO other programs, such as AnyDVDHD or DVDFab, running or enabled)...
