Hello,

I have been using MKV for sometime and I have not had an issue like this. it will open the files but it does not one the movie file. it shows the movies file but it is only the menu video no the whole motion picture. is there anything i can do?

Like your original post, you have given nothing to work with. We can't even say what disk you're trying to open, or why you've got a problem with it.

If you highlight the file name in the left pane, then look in the right pane under "Title information", what does it tell you for the "Duration"?

It sounds to me like you may be selecting the incorrect file to rip?

I was going to take screen shot but it worked this time thanks for help
