What year? What does MakeMKV say about it, especially about its UHD capabilities?

The BW-16D1H-U has changed drives over the years. Early ones aren't UHD. Later ones need to have new firmware.

1. Your drive needs to be flashed with appropriate Libre Drive firmware to enable UHD disc ripping.
2. UHD discs are encrypted from factory. The Queen disc will be rippable with MakeMkv once the decryption key is created by MakeMkv. You can aid the process by sending the disc dump file to svq@makemkv.com once you get the disc. The dump file is required by MakeMkv to create the decryption key.

How stupid! You should have waited for advice. Maybe the recover option helps but it's complicated and you nedd to follow exactly the steps.

Try this and follow the video with recovery:

viewtopic.php?f=16&t=22896&hilit=SDFToolFlasher

Pick the firmware that you flashed.

Then pick any ASUS / LG firmware for 5,25" drives. WH16NS60 1.02 is recommended.

You got a penalty for NOT READING. DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN.
