The program can't find any usable optical drives.

First time trying out MakeMKV, but running into this issue. The OS sees the drive and I can browse to it through MakeMKV, but still get that error.

---
MakeMKV v1.10.0 darwin(x86-release) started
Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as /Users/.../MakeMKV_log.txt
DEBUG: Code 0 at |';>JkKjJ*nR1w_r:213139736
The program can't find any usable optical drives.

If I browse to the drive and select the BDMV file, I get this:

---
Opening files on harddrive at /Volumes/HARRY_POTTER_PHILOSOPHER
Evaluation version, 30 day(s) out of 30 remaining
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
DEBUG: Code 0 at 1CmUQ&6a$5gT1V)Y:213132054
DEBUG: Code 0 at 1CmUQ&6a$5gT1V)Y:121266028
Failed to open disc

If I look in System Profiler, it shows this as the drive:
BD-MLT UJ-210S

Got the drive from:
