Can anyone help me with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone? I have three different MPLS listed form Netflix DVD USA. Does anyone know the correct one?

It really depends on which "cut" you want.

00100.mpls is probably the English theatrical cut. 102 changes out the opening titles and closing credits (probably for Spanish or French), and 101 has extra scenes (probably a "director's cut") added in.

100 is the theatrical cut.
101 is the extended cut.
102 is the theatrical cut along with an "In-Movie Experience" including video director commentary clips, still galleries, and storyboards *

* I haven't looked at it in much detail, but it seems that it's probably all controlled via Java, rather than a traditional audio commentary and perhaps using a subtitle track for pop-up images, so you won't see the bonus material if you rip this to an MKV.

Originally released as the "Harry Potter 1 Ultimate Edition" in 2009 after the film's initial Blu-ray release in 2007, this disc was later included in the "Complete 8-Film Collection" as well as the "Two-Disc Special Edition" releases. The same MPLS numbering also applies to the Canadian "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" versions of this release.

Using MakeMKV 1.15.4, the seamless branching on this disc does have AV Sync issues with its primary DTS-HD MA Surround 5.1 English audio:
